Offered to contracted providers, our instructor-led workshops include:

• Educational Workshops - The “Educational” instructor-led is a 2-hour workshop which focuses on our new provider appeal process.  We will also bring you new information about our online tools such as Regence Online Service for Providers (ROSP), fee schedules, reimbursement policies and medical policies.
• New Office Staff Orientations - The “New Office Staff Orientation” (NOSO) is a 4-hour, instructor-led workshop which has been re-designed for 2009 and includes details of how claims move through our system.  The NOSO workshop “A Day in the Life of a Claim,” follows the path from claims submission, edits, and final adjudication.

A TRICARE provider orientation must be completed within 120 days after joining the network. Orientations are available online at  www.triwest.com or via instructor-led educational seminars. Seminar schedules are available on the TriWest Web site. Orientations cover critical information including:
