Offered to contracted providers, our instructor-led workshops include:
- Educational Workshops - A three hour workshop with specific topics, presented in a detailed fashion..
- New Office Staff Orientations - A five hour workshop for new hires or someone new to Regence business. This is a great ‘101’ class for someone new to health care.
- Specific Topic Workshops - Varies based on the information presented, and may include new product orientations or major system and industry changes such as the National Provider Identifier (NPI). These workshops are typically 2-3 hours in length.
