Paperless efforts continue this year

As part of our continuing efforts to help provider offices' maximize their use of online tools and increase efficiencies, we will introduce the following electronic services this year:

• eContracting
• Electronic claims attachments
• Electronic funds transfer (EFT) for claims payment
• Paperless payment remittance (voucher) options, including efax and email
• American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 835 Remittance Advice improvements
