Customer Service lines, except Boeing, open at 9 a.m. on Thursdays
Our Customer Service specialists now receive additional training each Thursday morning. Therefore, Customer Service lines now open on Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. We will continue our current hours of operation on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
