Submit TriWest referrals and authorizations online
All registered providers of the TriWest secure provider portal now have the ability to submit referrals and authorizations online.
This is the preferred way to submit a referral or authorization request to TriWest. In most cases, the request is processed immediately, enabling the referring provider and the servicing provider to obtain referral or authorization status more quickly.
Register and learn more about the enhancement, including a tutorial, answers to frequently asked questions and a Help feature. Once registered, you can:
- Submit claims online
- Verify patient eligibility
- Download Explanations of Benefits
- View claims and check claim status
- Submit referrals and authorizations online
- Determine status of referrals and authorizations
