Selections® Plan Decoder
All Selections plans are described with three numbers,
for example 100/70/15.
- The first number refers to the
coverage for Selections Network services. In the above
example, most services are covered at 100%.
- The second number refers to the
coverage for Extended Network services. In the above
example, most services are covered at 70%.
- The third number refers to the
member copay. In the above example, the member pays
a $15 copay for office visits and professional services.
