Traditional Dental Plans
Traditional dental coverage is available to groups
of 5 or more employees when purchased with our medical
coverage, and is available to groups of 10 or more employees
(or 75% of your employees, whichever is greater) if
purchased without medical coverage. An orthodontia option
is also available for groups of 51 or more employees.
Plan Highlights:
- Choose any dentist. This plan allows you
to visit any dentist, whether they participate in
our network or not. When you choose a dentist from
our extensive Washington provider network you receive
a higher level of coverage.
- Variety. The plans listed below offer different
combinations of coverage, maximums and deductibles
to meet your needs.
