Probationary period explained for InnovaSM, EngageSM and ActivateSM
We want to remind you that the probationary period on groups 2-99 for InnovaSM, EngageSM and Regence ActivateSM products is administered for the plan only as the first of the month following the elected probationary period. We do not allow for the date of hire to coincide with the first working day of the month and there is no customization of probationary periods available with these products. The groups must choose from the options listed on the GMA.
