2010 Regence MedAdvantage (PPO) Highlights
- Members can choose their own doctor—no referrals
are required to see specialists
- $10 copay for in-network doctor and specialist visits with Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Enhanced (PPO) and Regence MedAdvantage (PPO). A $25 copay applies to Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Classic (PPO).
- Vast PPO network of doctors, specialists and hospitals
to choose from
- Preventive-care coverage after $10
copay for in-network routine physicals with Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Enhanced (PPO) and Regence MedAdvantage (PPO). A $25 copay applies to Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Classic (PPO).
- $10 copay for in-network diagnostic hearing exams with Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Enhanced (PPO) and Regence MedAdvantage (PPO). A $25 copay applies to Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Classic (PPO).
- No deductibles for medical services, in-network with Regence MedAdvantage (PPO) and Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Enhanced (PPO). A $50 deductible applies to Medicare-covered services with Regence MedAdvantage + Rx Classic (PPO).
