Payment services has moved from Seattle to Tacoma
Effective Monday, Oct. 17, 2011, our Payment Services departments relocated from Seattle to Tacoma. We scheduled the timing and planning of the move to ensure minimal disruption to our customers.
We started printing the Tacoma address on group and Individual billing statements starting Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011. Effective Monday, Oct. 17, payments sent to the Seattle addresses will be forwarded to Tacoma.
