It's been less than a year since we introduced several changes that have affected you, our producers, and our team members as we attempt to position ourselves for this new era of reform. Due to our dynamic marketplace and regulatory environment, we asked you to prepare for more fluidity and change in the months and years ahead. Well, true to our word, we're announcing more changes - but this time those changes will have a more positive financial impact on your business.
As we compare our commission schedules to others in the market, we recognize that the changes we expected a year ago haven't occurred in Washington to the degree we thought they would. That's why we'll increase our Community pool commission schedule for new business and renewals for groups of 5 to 50 beginning Jan. 1, 2012. Learn more about this commission schedule change.
