New customizable PDF Portfolio available for pre- and post-sale group materials
We're pleased to introduce a new tool that will allow you to present Regence pre-sale and renewal materials to your group clients in an easy-to-use electronic format that you can customize to your group clients' needs.
Our new PDF Portfolio tool allows you to provide a professional, customized electronic packet with the most relevant, timely information for each of your clients about medical and Rx plans (including benefit summaries), myRegence.com, Regence Advantages, Integrated Care Management, Regence Employee ChoiceSM, and other programs and resources. It enables you to use the portfolio function of Adobe Acrobat to send pre-sale and renewal literature via email. The tool combines many individual documents into one portfolio, which can be sent as one file attachment.
What are the advantages of this new electronic format? It allows quick access to information for your clients that they, in turn, can easily share with their employees. It decreases wait time for printed materials and forms. And it promotes a green environment. While paper copies of the same information can still be sent upon request, the PDF Portfolio allows you to meet the needs of your clients who will appreciate electronic copies.
