Updated User Manuals are now available in Agent Center
The Regence Online Services User Manual for Producers has been updated and posted to Agent Center. This document helps you navigate Agent Center, explaining how do to things like updating administrative staff, creating or copying quotes, and searching for various data.
You can access the User Manual by clicking on the link in the left-hand navigation of Agent Center.
Our two Quick Guides, the Quick Start User Guide and the Quick Start Administration Guide, have also been updated. These helpful documents were developed for specific users, such as producers and agency administrators. The Census Spreadsheet Upload Guide includes tips on uploading existing census spreadsheets to the Regence Online Services quoting tool via the custom spreadsheet format.
