11/10/2011   Regence MedAdvantage deadline approaching and an update on The Everett Clinic

The deadline to enroll your Medicare clients in Regence MedAdvantage and Part D plans is Dec. 7, 2011. We're now in the Annual Election Period (AEP) during which clients already on Medicare can join or switch to Regence MedAdvantage. Changes take effect Jan. 1, 2012. If they miss the Dec. 7, 2011, deadline they will have to wait until the next AEP to join.

The Everett Clinic

Regence MedAdvantage is contracted with The Everett Clinic for 2012. The Everett Clinic recently adopted a new policy requiring all Medicare patients to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan for 2012 if they want to continue care at The Everett Clinic. Regence MedAdvantage is a sound choice for Everett Clinic patients.

If you have any questions or need any support for the AEP, please call your Regence sales executive or Individual and Medicare Sales Producer Support at 1 (800) 557-0555. We're here to help you with anything you need.
