Clarification of fax number for Membership Accounting
The Membership Accounting fax number for Regence Innova®, Regence Engage® and Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM is 1 (866) 303-5117. Please use this number for enrollment applications, reconciliation notes, terminations, reinstatements and related items.
The former fax number was 1 (866) 303-5116. It applies only to a handful of groups still on older products. Please don't use it, as it will be retired at the end of this year.
