July commission payments
Your July commission payment was mailed on July 1. For those who receive payment through electronic funds transfer, your commission payment should be active in your account today.
Our normal commission cycle includes premium reconciled up through the last day of the month prior to your commission payment. For July, that would typically include premium reconciled through June 30. Over the Fourth of July weekend, we performed a system upgrade that made it necessary to begin our commission process work earlier than normal. This means that your latest commission payment will include only premium reconciled through June 28. To minimize the cash-flow impact to you, we will issue a second commission payment in mid-July for premium reconciled from June 29 through July 6.
Please keep in mind that if you receive a second commission payment in July, your August commission payment will include only premium reconciled from July 7 through July 31.
