Renew-as-is schedule for March 2011 effective dates
In November 2010, we announced a renew-as-is process process for groups of 1 to 99 that are renewing on our newer, health-focused plans without benefit changes. That process was implemented for January and February 2011 renewals. Below is a timeline showing the end-to-end process for March renewals.

We thank you for your part in making the change to this new streamlined renewal process successful. As a reminder, we don't need a Group Master Application for groups that are not making any changes or for those groups that are making non-benefit changes only. Below is a quick reference you can use to determine what we need in which situations.
*If your March renewal group is making benefit changes, please make sure that the completed and signed Group Master Application reaches us by Jan. 17 to ensure timely processing.
