Important update on Regence Employee ChoiceSM: Administrative options available by class!
We've heard from many of you that small employers would like to be able to offer class-level administrative options within our Employee Choice offerings. We're pleased to announce that effective Jan. 1, 2012, the following administrative options are available for Employee Choice:
- Unique contribution levels per class
- Unique hours worked requirements per class
- Unique probationary periods per class
Please note:
- Our class, eligibility and contribution guidelines remain the same.
- We cannot differentiate products by class.
Thank you for your input and for presenting Employee Choice to your clients. These new administrative options provide additional levers for designing a benefit strategy that meets the needs of small business employers.
