Notice on timing of older claims processing system shutdown for Regence BlueShield
Producers appointed with our Plans in Idaho, Oregon and/or Utah will see a message from those Plans about how some members can access their claims on myRegence.com due to the sunsetting of our older claims processing system. At this time, Regence BlueShield members aren't impacted because our claims system is slated to sunset at a later date. We'll keep you updated in the coming months as we implement plans to shut down the older claims processing system here in Washington.
