Cost Connection replaces HealthTrends as our employer newsletter
With so much information to share—health trends, health costs and health care reform—our employer newsletter has been expanded, with a new look ... and a new name. Cost Connection replaces Health Trends as our broadcast channel to employers.
The new user-friendly format features several articles for readers to click on, plus links to key Regence sites and social media. Featured articles for this summer edition are:
- Prior authorization and how it assures quality of service for our members
- Components of an effective workplace wellness program
- What states are doing in the area of creating health insurance exchanges
Cost Connection is being emailed to employers in late August. As was our practice with HealthTrends, we'll use Producer News to provide you with advance copy of these releases. We welcome you to tell us what you think about the new design and suggest topics of interest to employers.
All articles, whitepapers and e-newsletters are archived on our Employer Education page. Editions of this newsletter can be found for all four Regence states on the Cost Connection site. Feel free to share any of these resources with your colleagues.
