August commission payment
Last month, we notified you that, due to a system upgrade in early July, many producers would receive two commission payments in July:
- July 1 payment - premium reconciled June 1 through June 28
- July 10 payment - premium reconciled June 29 through July 6
Your latest commission payment was mailed on Aug. 4. For those who receive payment through electronic funds transfer, your current commission payment should be active in your account on Aug. 5.
When reconciling your August payment, please keep in mind that if you received a second commission payment in July, your current commission payment will include premium reconciled from July 7 through July 31.
The September commission payment will follow our normal commission cycle, which will include premium reconciled from Aug. 1 through Aug. 31.
