Changes to Innova® for effective dates of July 1, 2011, and later
Effective July 1, 2011, there will be new group product options added to Innova.
- $4,000 deductible option: In response to market demand, we'll add a $4,000 deductible option for groups of 1 to 99. It will be available only when the group selects unlimited up-front office visits.
- Pre-Deductible Spinal Manipulation Rider: Groups of 51 to 99 that choose unlimited up-front office visits will also be able to purchase the Pre-Deductible Spinal Manipulation Rider. When this rider is purchased, we'll waive the deductible for mental health/chemical dependency treatments, due to Mental Health Parity rules. The rider applies only to the standard benefit that covers 10 spinal manipulations. It can't be combined with the Unlimited Spinal Manipulations Rider.
