Webinars show what Regence online systems can do for groups
Experience firsthand the Online Enrollment and eBilling systems training that our membership specialists can provide to group administrators. Having a better understanding of these tools and the support offered to our mutual customers will help you speak to your clients about our online offerings.
Webinars are offered on the first and second Thursdays of each month. The next sessions are scheduled for May 5 and 12. Each session covers the following topics:
- Overview of Employer Center and its navigation
- Sample of basic enrollment
- Sample of basic termination
- Sample of basic maintenance functions
- Tour of the eBilling screens and tips for making Employer Center's eBilling features work best for groups
- Q & A
Online Enrollment and eBilling is available to Washington-based groups of all sizes.
As a reminder, a producer or third-party administrator may have access to Online Enrollment on behalf of the group administrator as long as they're nominated as the secondary group administrator through Employer Center. A producer or TPA may serve as a secondary group administrator, if desired.
