Agent Center Changes
Producers logging into Agent Center will now automatically be logged off after 30 minutes of inactivity. A note has been placed on the My Groups page in the Announcement section of Agent Center. Examples are shown below:

Changes have been made in the process for removing a current benefit plan on a copied Initial Renewal Proposal (IRP). Previously, on the Product Selection screen of a copied IRP you would delete the check mark in the box next to the plan you want to remove and then click on the Update Packages button. Now you click on the Trash Can next to the plan you want to remove. There is also a new Click to Undo button that will always be visible even while scrolling.
