10/20/2010   Annual MedAdvantage documents in the mail

Beginning on Monday, Oct. 18, your Regence MedAdvantage and Part D clients can expect to receive a copy of their 2011 Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) documents.

Your Regence MedAdvantage clients will see a reduced 2011 plan premium amount and all the benefit changes for their particular plan, including: preventive care with no cost-sharing; a single maximum out-of-pocket for both in-network and out-of-network providers; and expansion of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association's Medicare Advantage PPO Network. Your clients will still enjoy an experienced and professional customer service team to assist them with claims and benefit questions, as well as access to myRegence.com to help motivate and support them in reaching their health and fitness goals.

To see a sample copy of the ANOC sent to your clients please click on the following links:

Although we have made every attempt to mitigate the impact to our Customer Service phone lines, we still expect higher than normal hold times during the next few weeks as members receive their documents.

Remember that in order to sell 2011 plans and continue to receive commissions on existing business you must be certified by no later than Oct. 31, 2010.

If you have questions, please call Individual and Medicare Sales Producer Support at 1 (800) 557-0555, call Regence MedAdvantage Customer Service at 1 (800) 541-8981 or talk to your Regence Sales contact.
