2011 filed rates for our small group pool (1-50) have been approved!
The small group (1-50) quotes that we issued for a coverage effective date of January 2011 included a note of "Rates are Pending Regulatory Approval" as the rates we filed with our regulators were not yet approved. We are pleased to announce that as of Nov. 24, 2010, the rates that were filed have been approved and we can begin processing these groups.
