eValue8 scores released, Regence tops the list
The Puget Sound Health Alliance has released its annual Puget Sound Community Checkup report, which measures and publicly reports health plan performance based on the eValue8 scores. This tool is used to assess how well health plans are performing compared to other plans within Washington and against national "best in class" plans. It's the leading evidence-based request for information tool available to health care purchasers today.
Regence received the highest overall scores compared to local and national PPO plans that participated in eValue8. We also had strong scores in provider measurement and pharmacy management.
Our results reflect ongoing efforts to continually innovate and improve upon programs and services that encourage healthy behaviors and informed choices by our members, as well as improve the quality of care they receive.
