11/02/2010   Individual online applications temporarily disabled; paper applications still accepted

The online application process on our Individual shopping site was disabled on Saturday, Oct. 30. Applicants are being redirected to a web page that has links to a Regence EvolveSM Plan Benefit Summary, Health Questionnaire, and the Application for Individual Coverage.

Applicants are asked to print the forms, fill out the information about each person applying for coverage, and mail everything to:

We're working on the online application and expect to have it back up and running by Dec. 1, 2010.
