Surepay (automatic bank withdrawal) for Individual Regence EvolveSM plans temporarily unavailable for new requests
New requests for Surepay (automatic bank withdrawal) are temporarily unavailable due to system restraints that could create a negative experience for our members.
If an applicant has requested Surepay, we'll let them know that it's temporarily unavailable and that they'll receive a paper invoice in the interim.
We're working hard to make system corrections and enhance our process to better meet the needs of our members.
Surepay will be offered again in the near future. Members don't need to re-submit their Surepay paperwork. They'll be notified when their Surepay account is set up.
Existing Surepay account holders are not affected; this interruption affects only new requests.
