ERISA expands Form 5500 disclosure and reporting requirements
Regence is updating its reporting process to address expanded ERISA Form 5500 disclosure and reporting requirements. The new requirements apply to self-insured and fully insured plans that are required to complete the Department of Labor Form 5500. Producer notifications outlining new plan information that Regence will provide to your group clients will be mailed beginning Monday, March 1st.
