We're pleased that HealthEquity is now administering our Consumer-Directed Health Plan options (HSAs, HRAs and FSAs). Your clients seem pleased as well; so far, group and member feedback regarding HealthEquity's service and website has been positive!

HealthEquity provides strong support, excellent customer service and expert guidance to consumers. These features are especially important for clients who are new to CDHP.

Highlights of HealthEquity's service include:
  • Live customer service available 24 hours a day, which allows members to ask questions whenever it's convenient for them
  • Superior account administration, which allows payers, employers and producers to focus on what they do best and leave the account administration to experts
We feel that superior account administration is vital as more members and employers move to the Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM and other CDHP products. CDHPs are less costly than HMOs, PPOs and POS plans. The savings in premiums, combined with the ease of administration, will help members and employers feel confident about their choice in coverage and increase their satisfaction with these plans.

Remember, even though the end of the year is approaching, the IRS allows contributions against 2010 limits up until April 15.
