October renewals and proposals now available in Agent Center
Our October 2010 rates have been approved and Community renewals are now available through Agent Center. Due to our backlog, we're asking you to please use Agent Center for your Community new-group proposals. Doing so will help you avoid further delays. Proposals for your groups of 51+ are available through your Regence Sales contact.
The Group Master Applications (GMA) for effective dates of Oct. 1 and later are available for download from the Agent Web site. The fillable versions will be available soon.
Changes to the GMA include:
- 10-point font reformatting to comply with new OIC requirements
- Removal of optional Preventive Care Rider (Section 5 Benefits and Rates) to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA)
We appreciate your assistance in ensuring that all necessary fields are completed on the GMA; this allows us to process your group's enrollment without delay.
