08/18/2010   Online Bill Pay launches for Individual members

Individual members can now pay their rates through the new Online Bill Pay feature on myRegence.com. They will find Online Bill Pay in the My Account section under My Navigator. This new feature fulfills a long-standing customer request for an online payment solution.

Members can click on the Live Help button at the top of the screen or give us a call at (800) 245-2268 if they need assistance.
