Visit the one place for all your Medigap needs
There is now one place on our agent page where you can learn about our new Medigap plan.
The site offers a Regence Medigap Bridge Toolbox and even gives you a link to Agent Center if you want to order materials. Our public website is also getting a facelift. It is important that you be aware of some new requirements in the Regence Medigap Bridge application that need to be met if a client wants to list you as their agent of record.
Beginning May 1:
• All 1990 standardized plans will be removed. Only the Regence Medigap Bridge plans will be available.
• At first, the new Medigap online application will be a form-fillable PDF only. Initially, functionality for submitting an online application will not be available.
• All applicants will need to complete the form, print and sign the application.
• There are three new fields that you must complete as an agent on the new Medigap application. These are located in Section 6 – Insurance Producer (Agent) Certification.
• The application needs to be mailed, faxed or submitted in person to be processed. The deadline is 5 p.m. on the last business day of the month.
Beginning early June (pending Regulatory Review):
• The online shopping experience will be enhanced to allow your clients to submit their application electronically. A standard agent-of-record form is required.
