Each month myRegence.com delivers two healthy lifestyle-themed packages that include videos, articles and podcasts. This original content is designed to educate, inspire and entertain our members as they become better informed health care consumers. This content will always be available on the site for our members' future reference.
In early May our content package focused on "The Well Woman – Feeling Fit and Staying Strong." Check out "What Women Worry About," we where provide straight-up statistics and information to help put our members' minds at ease regarding common health concerns.
In late May the focus was on "Guys and Good Health – Medicine and the Modern Man." "A Doc Talks Shop,, is a candid interview with Dr. Joe Sullivan, in which he talks about the health issues men face decade by decade and what drives them to the doctor.
