Unique and challenging times provide us with a greater sense of urgency to find creative and sustainable solutions to address the challenges of our broken health care system. This is the basis for the launch of Regence Rate AssureSM to fully insured groups of 51+ enrolled employees. Rate Assure is a new program that uses the innovative plan designs of our newest health- and wellness-focused plans—Innova®, Engage®, ActivateSM and Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM —combined with a rate guarantee strategy that provides employers with predictable costs and a planned benefit strategy. We designed eight packages for you to choose from to meet your clients' varying business needs.

I'm especially excited about this program for the opportunity it provides you to offer a unique solution to your customers that will result in peace of mind and increased health care engagement.

When you partner with us in Regence Rate Assure, you can introduce your fully insured groups of 51+ enrolled employees to great coverage and predictable costs for three years. Groups that switch to one of our Regence Rate Assure packages can count on rate increases of only 6% for years two and three.

Offering the program will require agent certification, and we are providing numerous opportunities to become certified. We are hosting a number of presentations in our office locations in Everett, Tacoma and Seattle. There is still time to register for one of these sessions.
