Second-quarter Health Trends article to focus on disease management
The focus for our second-quarter Health Trends education series
for customers is an article titled "Disease Management - Better Outcomes and
Reduced Care Costs." This article discusses emerging trends
around disease management programs, why they are becoming more
important to employers and provides some ideas and directions
around what type of programs are most effective. Disease Management
is one of the prime areas of interest for employers, based on
regional and national surveys.
The article will go out in early June to all groups for whom we
have email addresses. In our communication to purchasers we note
that the article is an educational piece being sent out in
collaboration with their agent/broker. The article is not
sales-oriented and does not promote Regence products or
services. Rather, the intent is to provide neutral education on
current health care trends. All of the articles, whitepapers and
e-newsletters are available and archived in the employer
section of the Regence public site. Feel free to share any of these
articles with your colleagues.
