Loyal groups honored on their anniversaries with us
We value our groups and want them to know that we appreciate their business. That's why starting this year we will honor all groups who have been with us for 10, 15, 20, up to 55 years.
In the anniversary letters we thank them for continuing to select us as their health plan. To acknowledge their confidence in us, we will provide a Certificate of Appreciation of our gratitude. For groups celebrating 25 years or more they will receive an opportunity to donate $100 in their name to the non-profit organization of their choice! All they have to do is complete the enclosed Donation Form and return it to us in the pre-paid envelope.
In times when customer loyalty is often taken for granted, we want to let our groups know how much we appreciate their business.
