Watch for barcodes and scanner targets on forms
Within the next couple of weeks, you'll see a minor change to a
number of our forms posted on our public Web site. The changes
will not impact the data and information fields you complete.
Essentially, there will now be scanner targets and a barcode at
the bottom of the forms. These changes will streamline and
support greater automation for expedited processing.
Stay tuned in the next couple of months to learn how we will
implement these changes.
