Important reminders about Community renewals
This is just a reminder that Community renewals are available 60 days prior to the renewal date through Agent Center only. Since we have a legal obligation to present Community group renewals 30 days prior to the effective date, we have implemented the following processes to ensure we're in compliance with this requirement.
- If a renewal has not been retrieved from Agent Center 45 days prior to the renewal date, we will send the renewal to the group on behalf of the agent.
- Groups of 2 to 99 may renew as–is if they’re not currently enrolled in InnovaSM, EngageSM, ActivateSM or the Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM. (dropping dental is the only change that will be allowed with an "as–is" renewal).
- If a group wants to make benefit changes, they will need to move to InnovaSM, EngageSM, ActivateSM or the Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM.
