Semi-annual broker satisfaction survey coming in April.
In early April we will conduct our semi-annual broker satisfaction survey. If you receive a request to participate in the survey, we encourage you to provide your honest feedback. The online survey is relatively short and should not take long to complete. Your perception of Regence BlueShield in the marketplace and how we meet your expectations is important to us and critical to our mutual success.
