Additional resources available to answer delinquency, payment questions
We have noticed an increased volume of calls related to delinquency and payment questions. In response, we want to provide you with some additional Regence resources.
There are some contacts in our Treasury and Cash Management department who have offered to answer your questions. You can reach them in the following ways.
By phone at 1 (888) 232-5545. This call tree is staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific time Monday through Friday. It is a "hunt group" that cycles incoming phone calls to the entire Accounts Receivable team. Turnaround time for returning calls that go to voicemail is 24 hours.
By Email at WA_Cash_Management@regence.com. Incoming emails are triaged and forwarded to the appropriate individual for any of the following topics: cash management (remittance processing), accounts receivable/delinquency, bank return items, ACH payments, wire transfers, missing checks, etc. The turnaround time for response is 48 hours.
