Popular new Individual plan slows application processing
We have experienced an overwhelmingly positive response to our new product, Regence NowSelectSM, which was launched Jan. 1. As a result, our application processing times have suffered. We know you have experienced some frustration submitting applications since the first of the year, and we appreciate your patience.
We have taken steps to decrease our processing times, so you should start to see improvement over the next few weeks. Please refrain from contacting the Membership team in Idaho directly. This will allow them to focus on processing applications. Individual Marketing can provide the same information and assistance.
