Duplicate information removed from many contracts
We have removed Articles 6, 7 and 8 from the 2009 contracts for our PPO 100/90/60, PPO 80/80/50, FourFrontSM, Traditional, Traditional 50%, Selections® 100/70, Selections 80/50, Regence HSA HealthPlans and HSA Qualified PPO 80/80/60 products. Those articles duplicated information also available in the brochures. As of January 2009 that information will be located only in the brochures.
