Individual sales packet receives a facelift
We are making improvements to our Individual sales fulfillment process with the roll–out of print–on–demand technology that will impact you and your clients soon! Print–on–demand will enable us to update our marketing materials quicker, which in turn will put them in your hands earlier than in the past.
Next week you will see a change to the look and feel of the Individual sales packet. Currently you receive a folder with loose documents.
Beginning late next week, the Regence Individual sales packet will be assembled into a booklet layout that is constructed in an organized manner. This will help you and your clients evaluate their choice of plans in a logical order.
The new booklet will contain the same plan information that the folder previously contained, including the plan comparison, rates, benefit summaries, limitations and exclusions, pre–sale disclosure statement, an FAQ, high–level descriptions of value–added programs, and the forms needed to apply for coverage. The Individual sales packet will also include separate documents, including the Standard Health Questionnaire and a return envelope. If you've recently placed an order for a supply of the Individual sales packet, you don't need to request a replacement order, as the content has not changed.
Starting next month, you will need to log on to Agent Center to order your Individual supplies. If you haven't yet activated your registration to Agent Center, contact Broker Relations today!
