Updates: Cut-off date guidelines for Individual applications
Earlier this month we announced the good news that the cut-off date for Individual applications has been changed from the 20th of the month to 5 p.m. on the last business day of the month. See below for additional processing guidelines* for Individual, DentalOne and Medicare Supplement applications.

Individual applicants must respond within 15 business days to any requests for further information needed to process their applications. Files will be closed after 15 business days of no response, and the applicant will need to re-apply (i.e., complete a new application and health questionnaire). Our membership team will make every effort to contact you and the applicant over the phone before the request letter is sent. We will also send a copy of the request letter to you when we send it to your client. The 15-day timeframe ensures more timely application processing for your clients.
