Get to know our new staff members
We are pleased to announce several Sales staff updates.
Myra Faulconer has assumed a new role as associate account executive. Her focus will be on small group account management and retention. Myra has been a Regence employee since 2004. She previously worked as a sales specialist supporting a number of sales account executives in our Everett and Seattle offices.
Bill Stremel has accepted the position of new community associate account executive. He has been with Regence for nine years, most recently as an associate sales and account executive, successfully selling new business in the microgroup market segment.
Aster Teferi has accepted the position of merit account executive in Seattle, filling the position formerly held by Erin Sebo. She has worked for the past seven years as an associate account executive, successfully handling a very large book of community groups.
Geoffrey Welsh has accepted the position of merit account executive in Seattle. He has worked for the past four years as an associate account executive, successfully handling a large book of community groups.
In addition we also are pleased to welcome two new staff members to the Washington Sales team:
Laurie Kono was hired as a sales specialist in the Everett office. She will support new group sales. Laurie has 14 years in the health care industry, working in group services, membership accounting, enrollment, billing and records management.
Coco Sherman has accepted the position of manager of large group and association sales administrative processes. She transferred to Sales from our Marketing department, where she managed product training and development of agent tool kits. She has also worked in pharmaceutical and managed care arenas.
