*Sales are based on "enrolled employees." Enrolled employees are determined by enrollment data recorded in our system on the last day of the group's effective month. Group effective dates must be inside the contest period of Nov. 1, 2007 and Dec. 1, 2008. Winners must be Regence-appointed during the contest and at the time of the award.
