Broker satisfaction survey results are in
In early April we conducted the first wave of our annual broker satisfaction survey. The online survey is administered in two waves each year. For each wave, randomly selected brokers receive an email invitation to participate. Questions focus on several areas, including marketplace indicators, internal staff, company characteristics and value-added programs.
The results from the first wave show that:
- Regence leads competitors in the market on product offering, customer service, consistent pricing and ease of partnership.
- Brokers consider the provider network as being very important to their clients when making benefit decisions.
- myRegence.com is considered to be important to clients.
We'll conduct the second wave of surveys in October. If you receive a request to participate, we encourage you to provide your honest feedback.
