First customer loyalty survey is on its way
In June we will distribute our first Customer Loyalty Dialogue Survey to a number of groups.
The survey is set up to facilitate an open dialogue with our groups regarding the services they have purchased from us. If a respondent answers that they are dissatisfied with one of our services, the next question will ask why they are dissatisfied. At the end of the survey, we will ask them if they would like someone to contact them regarding any issue they are dissatisfied with.
We are not expecting a lot of situations where an outreach will be necessary, but we want to give the groups an opportunity to communicate with us directly regarding any issue they may have.
Although this is a pilot, we are hoping to administer a similar survey annually.
